• Taking incoming calls from clients • Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail • Utilizing the company database to document call information in a paperless environment • Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions • Additional support duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment • Proficiency with Windows 7, 8 and/10 • Per the client’s request, the ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen, (when applicable) • Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY • High school diploma or GED • A stable work history • Excellent communication and listening skills
