📋 Description

• CC.Talent is looking for a QA Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through the implementation of agile testing methodologies. • This includes conducting comprehensive frontend and backend testing to identify and resolve any potential issues or bugs in the system. • Our client operates as an all-in-one investment and venture building platform committed to addressing venture liquidity challenges through radical transparency and digitization. • They foster alignment among founders, investors, and venture builders, guiding them from seed to scale and beyond with a shared liquidity infrastructure and AI-powered methodologies. • The company invests in five proprietary Venture Studios focused on advancing technology, science, and innovation across sectors like Value and Supply Chains, Sports, Media, Culture, Deeptech, AI, and Urban innovation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand software requirements and develop effective test plans. • Execute test cases and meticulously analyze test results to ensure the functionality, performance, and usability of the software. • Identify and report software defects promptly and accurately, providing all necessary information to assist in their resolution. • Work closely with developers to reproduce and understand reported issues, facilitating their timely resolution. • Continuously enhance and maintain the test automation framework to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness. • Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and practices, actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of agile testing principles and practices, including experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. • Proven experience in frontend testing, including UI/UX testing, responsive design testing, and browser compatibility testing. • Proficiency in backend testing, including API testing, and performance Testing. • Proven experience with test automation tools and test frameworks. • Proven experience in designing test cases and developing test scripts. • Proven experience in Jest. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
