📋 Description
• The DevOps Lead will drive the migration of applications from Azure to OpenShift, ensuring a seamless transition while optimizing the platform for performance, security, and scalability. • Define and execute the migration strategy from Azure to OpenShift, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. • Architect and design OpenShift infrastructure tailored to business needs, focusing on scalability, high availability, and security. • Lead and mentor the engineering team in implementing OpenShift best practices and DevOps methodologies. • Optimize OpenShift clusters for performance, security, and resource utilization . • Develop and manage OpenShift GitOps CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments. • Ensure network security, logging, and monitoring are effectively implemented across OpenShift environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in DevOps and platform automation.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Azure and OpenShift with experience in designing and leading OpenShift-based solutions. • Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker for infrastructure automation. • Proven track record of leading OpenShift migrations and optimizing enterprise containerized environments. • Deep understanding of CI/CD methodologies ( GitOps , ArgoCD , Tekton , Jenkins, etc.). • Experience with container security, RBAC, network policies, and compliance in OpenShift. • Red Hat OpenShift certification is highly desirable.
