📋 Description
• Provide support on operational risk management tasks • Monitor internal control systems • Define and deploy operational risk controls • Ensure effectiveness of level 1 controls • Conduct level 2 controls in Finance and other processes • Validate and monitor corrective measures after audits • Update risk assessments based on control results • Implement risk monitoring indicators • Help manage risk management tools • Follow updates of risk policies and regulations • Consolidate results of controls and incidents for reporting • Promote a Group-wide risk culture
🎯 Requirements
• Higher education qualification in insurance, finance, or audit • 5 to 7 years of experience in operational risk management or audit • Good knowledge of permanent control and regulation • Good analytical and organizational skills • Fluent in English • Knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Power BI is a plus)
