🎯 Requirements
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Math, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in technical (software) project management, digital transformation, or software consulting. • Passion for driving change and creating success for customers, with multiple stakeholders and partners involved. • Enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and setting ambitious, innovative goals. • Proven ability to take initiative, build strong teams, and cultivate customer and partner relationships. • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous working environment, yet be able to add structure to our deliveries. • Familiarity with IoT, cloud solutions, or machine learning models is a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to navigate stakeholder landscapes. • Willingness to travel, if necessary.
