📋 Description
• Planung von IT-Projekten, von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, um die Anforderungen an die Software-Entwicklung zu verstehen und die Projekte entsprechend umzusetzen • Erstellen von Analysen und Konkretisierung von Umsetzungskonzepten (Analyse, Konzeption, Entwicklung, Test, Deployment) • Sicherstellen, dass die Projektziele, Meilensteine und Abgabetermine eingehalten werden und die Projektergebnisse den Qualitätsstandards entsprechen • Identifizierung von Risiken und Problemen während des Projektverlaufs sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungsstrategien • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Dienstleistern, um eine reibungslose Projektumsetzung sicherzustellen • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Kontrolle der Projektbudgets sowie Berichterstattung an die Vorgesetzten
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Projekten innerhalb der Versicherungs-, oder Bankenbranche • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Software-Entwicklung und Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmanagementmethoden • Kenntnisse über bestandsführende Systeme bei Versicherungen, Banken • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit komplexe Probleme zu lösen • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten • Teamorientiertes Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und zu unterstützen • Die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, flexibel und uneingeschränkt zu reisen, um Projekte erfolgreich voranzutreiben, stellt eine wesentliche Qualifikation dar
