• Lead automated and manual testing solutions for the Consumer Product Group. • Manage and define test automation scope, improving and automating testing of requirements. • Establish and promote testing guidelines, methodologies, and standards. • Collaborate with teams to drive quality outcomes. • Be a thoughtful technical voice within the team. • Coach direct reports for positive impact and career growth. • Work closely with talent organization to recruit exceptional engineers.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks. • At least 2 years of engineering management experience. • Excellent understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices. • Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective software engineering processes. • Experience managing senior stakeholders. • Execution-focused mindset capable of navigating ambiguity and delivering results. • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term planning. • Hands-on when needed. • Positive, can-do attitude. • Passion for building an open financial system.
