Description

• Coinbase Product Managers play a critical role in building the next generation of crypto products. • Work closely with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to build products and experiences. • Shape the future of cryptocurrency and help achieve the mission of creating an open financial system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience. • 2 years of experience taking products from conception to launch. • Experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders. • User-focused and able to understand a wide range of user personas. • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new and potentially complicated domains. • Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission. • Invests in building to “institutional grade”, e.g. with reliability, scale and risk mitigation explicitly in mind. • Establishes very close working relationships with STP and IOS partners. • Ability to bridge cryptocurrency and financial market primitives to innovate to client or business solutions.
