As a growth associate, you will play a critical role in identifying market opportunities, executing growth initiatives, and influencing cross-functional teams to accelerate user adoption and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid growth experience in B2C products, preferably in fast-growing consumer apps, crypto, fintech, or payments companies. • Growth experience in Australia, with a strong understanding of market-specific culture, challenges, and opportunities. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. • Experience with SQL, experiment design, and data-driven decision-making. • Proven ability to take growth initiatives from concept to execution. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global cross-functional teams. • Ability to influence and shape strategic discussions. • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and driving mission-driven growth. • Experience with on-chain activities such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain services (not a prerequisite but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key).
