Description
• Provide support to employees and managers (M6 and below) in the application of Coinbase HR policies and procedures • Advise employees and managers on HR policies and practices • Perform intake and recommendations related to interpersonal conflicts and potential policy breaches • Ensure managers are following Coinbase performance management procedures • Use level of judgment to determine and facilitate outcomes of performance improvement plans • Maintain People Relations playbooks and processes • Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in human resources • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP or other HR specialist role • Intermediate understanding of HR principles, HR-related laws and regulations • Proficient in problem solving • Ability to build and maintain relationships • Ability to develop clear and concise verbal and written communications (English required)
