🎯 Requirements

•Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects. •Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels. •Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and program evaluation. •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage both detailed tasks and big-picture strategies. •Customer-centric approach and adept at navigating through ambiguity. •Willingness to travel up to 25%.
