Description

• Expand and formalize our Blockchain Security program for ongoing risk assessment • Develop onchain security strategies and perform assessments and threat modeling • Identify top onchain security risks and develop strategies to address them • Provide expert technical guidance in building new frameworks and analysis tools • Establish best practices and engage with teams to adopt them • Coach and mentor team members for skill building and crypto-forward approaches • Guide Protocol Security into cutting-edge technologies for blockchain

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of onchain ecosystems, including L1 and L2 networks, DeFi protocols, staking • Excel in identifying vulnerabilities in smart contracts and protocol infrastructure • 5+ years of smart contract auditing experience and have led audit of complex protocols • Energy and self-drive for continuous learning as crypto is rapidly changing • Passionate about mentoring and growing blockchain security engineers • Clear, direct, and kind communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience building relationships with security, product, and engineering teams • Balance long term strategic thinking with short term tactical planning
