🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields, with 5+ years in a leadership role. • Expertise in data pipeline development, ETL frameworks, and data modeling. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or other scripting languages. • Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools (Apache Airflow or equivalent). • Deep understanding of financial data processing, accounting, and treasury workflows. • Experience in designing and optimizing data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, or similar). • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
