Description

• Responsible for developing and advocating for policy positions on digital asset products • Experience with public consultations from financial regulators and in government agencies • Brief executives on regulatory impacts and lead engagements with regulators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or non-US equivalent (required) + advanced degree in law, economics, or finance (preferred) • Minimum of [6+] years of financial services regulatory experience • Experience responding to regulatory consultations, or equivalent experience from the government side • Experience with a government agency/authority responsible for setting policies affecting payment systems and/or consumer protection • Firm understanding of blockchain-based technology, products, and services • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams of subject matter experts • You must be an exceptional communicator. You will be expected to produce original written work for both internal and external consumption, and efficiently brief senior level audiences on the content
