β’ 8+ years experience leading complex HR technology projects and initiatives. β’ Expertise in HR platforms like Workday and experience overseeing custom development projects. β’ Expertise in employee productivity softwares like Slack for seamless integration of HR initiatives β’ Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. β’ Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban at an advanced level. β’ Experience analyzing business processes and designing technology solutions using design thinking principles. β’ Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, resources and timelines with minimal oversight. β’ Working knowledge of technologies like AWS, RPA, AI/ML and how they can transform HR. β’ Passion for emerging technologies and their strategic application in HR. β’ Expert proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack
