🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant expertise in test automation platforms and tools. • Nice to have proficiency in tools such as Playwright or UiPath for UI testing, Loader for load and performance testing APIs. • Familiarity with any Test Automation Frameworks like Selenium, UiPath, Sfops etc. for API and Functional testing. • Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript, or similar languages. • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. • Proven track record of having a material impact on engineering velocity and product quality through automation-first testing approaches. • Strong documentation skills and the ability to train and mentor other engineers on testing best practices. • Expertise in UIPath or Playwright or similar tools.
