Description
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for Vulnerability Management (VM). • Partner with development teams to design and implement security controls. • Own metric and OKR development for VM program. • Brief and engage with engineering leaders in operational reviews. • Drive continuous improvement in vulnerability management process.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in vulnerability management, application security, or related domains. • At least 2 years of experience using SQL and/or Python for vulnerability data analysis. • Strong understanding of security frameworks and risk management. • Experience with security tools for vulnerability assessment. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • You have impacted through long-range strategic plans. • Execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity. • Passion for building an open financial system.
