Description

• Architect and develop distributed systems • Provide technical structure to teams and define strategic roadmaps • Manage project priorities with technical expertise • Mentor and train team members • Design and implement foundational infrastructure components • Write high quality, well-tested code • Plan and Implement the multi-year strategy for International engineering • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn vision into a tangible roadmap • Add positive energy in every interaction • Navigate projects through high uncertainties • Deal with an exceptionally high level of uncertainty while working with new platforms/teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering • Experienced architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact • Experience in uplevelling junior engineers via processes and setting a high bar for them to follow • Knowledge of high-quality code and software engineering processes • Passion for building an open financial system
