Description

• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for Anaplan and other financial applications. • Analyze current business processes, perform fit/gap analysis and translate the business requirements into technical solutions. • Demonstrate strong expertise in Anaplan model building for Planning/Budgeting (Workforce, Opex and Revenue) and Financial Reporting processes. • Responsible for administration, configuration, release management, maintenance and support of Anaplan platform. • Design and build scalable solutions in Anaplan and other finance applications, including custom modules, dashboards, and integrations. • Create engineering artifacts - Functional and Technical Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams and Business Architecture Diagrams. • Lead design workshops, prototyping solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch automated solutions in Anaplan. • Develop and execute test plans for identified features, lead integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams. • Participate in all engineering maturity activities (Agile, Observability, TechDebt Management, Automated Testing, Incident and Defect Management). • Troubleshoot and fix production issues, prioritizing them against the existing backlog based on severity and impact. • Support the business process transformation initiatives to improve efficiencies around critical activities like Month End Closure and Reporting. • Conduct solution walkthroughs, application demos and user training sessions and help develop change management/desktop procedure documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of system administration and support experience of EPMs like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights and other finance applications like Zip, Coupa, NetSuite. • 2+ years of hands-on model building experience in Anaplan with focus on financial modeling - list management, model/module/app development, and intra-anaplan integrations. • 1 year of configuration experience in Finance systems like Zip, Coupa, NetSuite or other systems preferred, but not required. • Strong knowledge of FP&A (Forecasting/Budgeting), Workforce Planning, HR Operations, Procurement, Revenue and General Accounting business processes. • Past experience with implementation of Anaplan and its integrations with other systems through middleware technologies like Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi. • Understanding of month end accounting processes - accruals, allocations, consolidation and financial reporting. • Experience with Agile methodology - sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement and reporting in Jira. • Knowledge of production Support, incident and defect management processes. • Desire to continually learn new systems, wear multiple hats and act autonomously to support our growing finance functions. • Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional technical resources.
