📋 Description
• Technical support and administration of the Atlassian product suite including Confluence, Jira Software, and Jira Service Management and related plugins • Collaborate with end users to design and implement automation rules and scripts to meet business requirements • Maintain runbooks and related documentation • Customizing workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to meet the needs of the organization • Setting up and configuring dashboards and reports to provide project status and progress visibility • Advise users on how to optimize their use of these applications to support/ align with related business processes • Evaluate and implement plugins and integrations • Participate in all agile ceremonies • Participate in testing and implementing upgrades • Work with IT Product Managers and Engineers on larger initiatives • Developing and maintaining integrations with other systems, such as source control and build systems • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with internal toolings • Training and supporting end-users on the use of Jira
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2-3 years enterprise-level experience in Jira and Confluence system administration • Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration, administration, and integration • Experience with Jira plugins and Atlassian Marketplace applications • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management workflows • Evaluate customer requests and tease out the underlying requirements and use cases • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Communicate in a clear and concise manner • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first work environment
