Description
• Set cross functional business objectives • Plan, scope, resource, and coordinate program deliverables • Serve as liaison between Compliance SMEs, Product, and Engineering • Work with stakeholders to resolve blockers and influence decisions • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving program needs • Experience working in a global, large-scale, complex, and fast-paced environment
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager • Strong agile experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, engineering, economics, or related field • Experience in market facing FinTech products • Ability to identify, resolve, and escalate risks and issues • Proven experience balancing product and business priorities with compliance requirements
