Description

• Produce visually appealing graphics based on design guides & templates for event marketing materials • Resize and optimize images for different platforms and formats • Work closely with the marketing team to understand design & content requirements • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines • Organize and deliver design files with clear file naming & governance • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and meet project specifications • Building emails in the email client to ensure optimum design

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, & Google Workspace • Fluent understanding and ability to extend brand guidelines and expressions into marketing creative assets for events • Excellent sense of crafting and attention to detail, with ability to make context-aware edits on what to keep or drop in asset variations • Proofing abilities, attention to detail when it comes to copy • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, delivering on multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication skills and the ability to track feedback from various stakeholders. • Proactive proponent of naming your layers! • Design automation thru marketing tools and/or AI experience as a plus
