• CoinGecko is a global leader in tracking cryptocurrency data. • We believe that cryptocurrency and blockchain will define the future of finance. • The salary for this position is RM8,390. • Increase Digital Presence: Improve the reach of our product and brand by growing and managing all aspects of one (or more) marketing channels. • Content Production: Manage content production within your channel from ideation to implementation. • Partnerships & Outreach: Build productive relationships with community partners to learn how we can add value. • Stay Plugged-In: Stay up-to-date with the latest cryptocurrency and marketing trends. • Project Management: Manage projects end to end by developing detailed plans and collaborating with teams. • Planning & Strategy: Actively seek out ways to improve effectiveness. • Improve Playbooks: Improve upon existing workflows with new learnings. • Performance Reporting: Provide reporting and analysis on performance metrics and communicate feedback. • Coaching: Mentor interns and manage freelancers. • Support any ad hoc tasks as required by the company.
Requirements
• Proven Ability: You are a T-shaped Marketer with 1-3 years of relevant experience. • Marketing Foundations: You have basic knowledge of various marketing skills such as market research, copywriting, storytelling, design (ie. Adobe, Canva), branding, UI/UX (ie. Figma), HTML/CSS and analytics (ie. GSheets, Google Analytics, SQL). • Domain Knowledge: Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial markets is a huge plus. • Bias to Action: You are proactive in getting the job done and eager to find ways to upskill yourselves. • Operational Excellence: You have a keen eye for detail and an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality. • Strong Opinions, Loosely Held: You like making decisions based on data or qualitative evidence. • Entrepreneurial: You are self-motivated, resourceful, curious, creative, eager to move projects along. • Excellent communicator: You are fluent in written and spoken English. • Experience hiring and managing freelancers and/or agencies is a plus.
