• Provide customer support within specified SLAs and SOPs • Escalate issues proactively • Assess listing applications • Maintain positive relationships with customers, project teams, and partners • Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools • Assist cross-functional teams to handle customer requests appropriately and in a timely manner • Support any ad hoc tasks required by the company
• 3 years of work experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or customer support roles • Foundational knowledge of multiple areas of operations functions • Foundational knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, and NFT • Proficient in using CRM and automation tools and research tools such as Blockchain Explorers, DEX data aggregators, web analytics, etc. • General understanding of Web3 and DeFi • General understanding of CoinGecko's products/services • Genuine passion for providing positive, timely, and professional customer experiences • Curious about data and able to tell stories using data • Keen eye for detail and exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality • Strong opinions, loosely held • Ownership mindset • Self-motivated with strong self-leadership and problem-solving skills • Fluent in written and spoken English • Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to handle highly sensitive and private data • Enjoys delving into new technologies and ways of doing things
