Description

• Leading and managing a team of three subject matter experts in AML/CTF investigation and operations. • Developing and implementing KYC processes in customer onboarding and continuous monitoring. • Creating and maintaining AML/CTF guidelines and processes. • Serving as the escalation point for financial crime-related investigations. • Liaising with the head of customer operations and compliance team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AML/CTF management, financial crime management or similar roles. • At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of studies. • Proven experience in leading projects and/or teams. • Proactive self-starter with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory framework. • Familiarity with financial crime monitoring, detection and reporting systems. • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Finnish.
