• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly focusing on IT and digital roles. • Proven enthusiasm, proactivity, and dedication to fostering strong relationships throughout the recruitment process. • Proficiency in utilizing a wide range of recruiting tools and platforms, including social and professional networks, direct search, headhunting, and executive search methods. • Ability to effectively manage high-volume recruitment activities within dynamic and fast-paced environments. • Possess qualities such as punctuality, friendliness, sociability, attentiveness, non-confrontational communication, responsibility, organizational skills, and resilience to stress. • Psychological Education would be a plus.
