Description

• Enable the Finance Pod to drive user and revenue growth at CoinTracker in partnership with other pods. • Research and understand the crypto market to identify new opportunities and growth drivers • Forecast CoinTracker’s business 1-3 years out with the goal of setting monthly and annual financial targets • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Data, Marketing, etc) on driving user and revenue growth

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance or FP&A • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys bringing structure to an unstructured issue • Thrives in a fast paced, early-stage startup environment • Proven to work cross-functionally with a range of teams from Partnerships to Data to Marketing to Product and beyond • Interest in crypto. Maintains a positive attitude through ebbs and flows of the crypto industry • Showcases deep openness to growing, learning, and to giving and receiving feedback
