• Interpret complex customer problems and requirements and work as part of a Product team to build solutions • Collaborate with team members to design and plan new product features and changes • Provide input on and implement improvements to development tools and processes • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery • Champion user experience with a focus on clarity and speed • Contribute to company and product vision, ideation, and planning • Mentor, support, and be an information source to junior developers

Requirements

• Professional software development experience on SaaS products • Proficiency in Typescript, Python, HTML, and CSS • Experience with front-end build, package-management & testing tools • Experience with version control, release management, and CI/CD workflows • Competence in UI/UX design and attention to detail • Track record of building and maintaining scalable products • Passion for working in teams with emphasis on respect and continuous improvement
