Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resource Management, or related field. • Relevant work experience could supplement or replace education requirement. • 3 + years of progressively more complex experience working with commissions and other variable compensation. • An understanding of sales incentive programs, processes and procedures, and best practices. • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex conditional formulas, basic macros). • Comfortable working with large datasets, conducting analysis, and transforming numbers into actionable business insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, across departments, and with remote teams. • Experience with incentive compensation tools such as Oracle Incentive Compensation, Callidus, Varicent, Captivate IQ, or other similar platforms. • Comfortable reading and interpreting comp plans, contracts and implementing the financial obligations systematically. • Experience with audits and adherence to SOX controls.
