The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data analysis, storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives, and the ability to generate actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. •3-6 years’ experience in marketing analytics •Proven experience in marketing analytics, performance tracking, or a related role. •Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, Power BI) and Excel. •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability in data storytelling and crafting compelling narratives. •Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., paid media, SEO, email, social). •Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making. •Curiosity in data and customer behavior.
