• As the leader of our Client Partner Sales teams you will be an advocate and ambassador for the brand. • Responsible for prospecting, the growth of client partnerships and closing new business. • Focusing on defining a go to market strategy, building a sales pipeline, onboarding supporting roles, and delivering revenue targets.
• 5+ years experience in delivering new client partner sales from a cold start • Solid and proven track record of achieving revenue targets • Experience of building sales functions for organisations, particularly with nearshore, offshore software development/teams organisations • Experience of successful negotiation, contract creation, and process • Leadership and maturity, with C suite experience and existing relationships • Excellent communication skills • Thorough, informed and detailed approach
