Description
• The Design & Audience Growth Intern will work closely with our Manager of Audience Growth to deliver exhaustive insights into content performance and audience growth and engagement metrics for our in-network creators. • Duties include designing YouTube thumbnails, cataloging content performance, and identifying potential talent to onboard. • Participate in video calls with content creators and complete in-depth platform analysis of prospective talent.
Requirements
• Basic experience with graphic design, and passion for YouTube and the social media space • Experience with data entry • Basic understanding of Photoshop, Canva, or other equivalent application, and how to edit with these tools • Experience with Premier Pro, DaVinci, or other video editor equivalent • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Experience with Adobe a plus, but not required • Familiarity with Copyright Law a plus, but not required
