Description

• Collectively’s Producers are responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick-off through to wrap, including production planning, briefing, content, and reporting. • The Producer role is responsible for three crucial areas of campaigns: Project Management, Influencer Casting & Management, and Client Services. • Together with Collectively’s Business Affairs team, ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are executed in a timely fashion. • Proactively inform Production leadership of project status, optimization insights and potential partnership learnings. • Serve as a client point of contact during the production phase of projects.

Requirements

• East Coast based • Minimum 4 years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience (in relevant marketing/advertising industry or similar) • Proven client services skills, including verbal, written and presentation communication abilities • An ability and willingness to deeply understand the needs, motivations and aspirations of our clients and influencers and translate that understanding into impactful content • Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines at once • Ability to work across 5+ strategic client projects at a time • A positive, enthusiastic approach to work and collaboration • An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into the complexities of any business or strategy challenge • Adaptability and a desire to work in an industry and landscape that’s constantly evolving • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through • Great communication skills—both internally and externally
