Description

• Develop features and improvements to the Collectly product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way • Collaborate with Founders and Core Team (Frontend, UX, etc.) to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment • Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance • Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity • Maintain and advocate for internal code standards • Represent Collectly and its values in public communication • Ship small and midsized features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members • Craft code that meets our internal standards

Requirements

• Significant professional experience with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery • Basic algorithms and data structure knowledge • Understanding of race conditions and concurrent code • Proficiency in English language • Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems • Experience with performance and optimization problems, including SQL • Comfort in highly agile and iterative software development process • Ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term • Positive and solution-oriented mindset • Effective communication skills • Experience owning a project from concept to production • Self-motivated and self-managing with excellent organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization • Ability to use GitLab • Permanent location within GMT 0 to GMT+4 timezones (except countries under international sanctions)
