• Directs the full service life cycle for customer success at Collibra. • Manages installations, configurations, and initial operation of Collibra's products for multiple clients. • Develops implementation plans and ensures service delivery compliance with established models. • Partners with internal teams to define customer-specific operating models for data governance. • Configures Collibra solutions including business glossary and data catalog. • Runs workshops, functional trainings, and configuration sessions.
• 5+ years in consulting management experience, ideally within SaaS provider companies. • Experience with data governance, data management, big data, business glossaries, and data dictionaries. • Proven track record with timely and budget-compliant project delivery. • Ability to build and deliver presentations to all business and IT stakeholders. • Knowledge of core data management technologies is a plus. • Proficient language skills in English (mandatory). • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
