Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields • Master's degree or 1-2 years of professional work experience is a plus • Previous experience with Sales CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, ...) • Strong understanding of software and digital platforms, as well as the ability to automate processes • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business benefits • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for solving problems and delivering value • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, product, and marketing • Fluent in German and English
