• 5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns, preferably for a B2B2C product. • Experience creating and implementing comprehensive enrollment marketing plans, preferably for a B2B2C product • Demonstrated success driving multi-channel engagement and member acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications • Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills • Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients • Experience managing and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform strategy adjustments • Track and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment marketing efforts • Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets in a fast-paced high growth environment
