Description
• Provide functional and technical subject matter expertise in workforce planning, forecasting and scheduling • Serve as a consultative partner to continuously improve service delivery and business process design • Support governance processes and resource planning • Configure and implement regulatory changes affecting scheduling • Monitor support and maintenance of new application features • Provide mentoring and training for end-users • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues
Requirements
• 8+ years Kronos/UKG dimensions/UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting administration experience • Knowledge of wage and hour regulations • Applied experience consulting with the business to define requirements • Experience working using Agile, Scrum and related principles and best practices • Experience working in a retail organization preferred
