📋 Description

• Responsible for implementing and configuring the manufacturing module of the Infor M3 ERP system for clients • Provide clients with the implementation of Infor M3 Manufacturing and Product data management modules • Lead all phases of the project execution including requirements gathering, design, application configuration, gap analysis, business process testing, user education and business communication • Ensure that the system is integrated with other relevant modules within M3 • Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects • Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience and training in Infor M3 software business applications • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and distribution industries • 3+ years of experience consulting with external customers and building effective relationships • Experience with full life cycle implementation; specifically implementing manufacturing and product data management modules • Knowledge in Infor PLM (Optiva), designed for manufacturers in the food, beverage, chemicals and life science industries would be an added benefit • College degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Experience working in a multi-user/multi-client environment on different platforms • Ability to multi-task and prioritize support/maintenance for multiple clients in different environments • Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated • Ability to travel approximately 25%
