Description

• Support Channel Sales Activities: Assist the Channel Sales team in managing and developing relationships with key partners. • Provide support in tracking and optimizing channel sales performance. • Help in coordinating sales activities, promotions, and campaigns with channel partners. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Generate and maintain regular reports on sales performance, partner activities, and market trends. • Utilize data analytics tools to provide insights that drive decision-making and strategy formulation. • CRM Management: Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on channel partners and sales activities. • Assist in maintaining data quality and integrity within the CRM. • Utilize CRM data to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to channel sales. • Market Research: Conduct market research to support channel sales strategies, including competitor analysis and market trends. • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to help the team adapt to market changes. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives and campaigns. • Learning and Development: Take advantage of training and mentoring opportunities to enhance your understanding of channel sales, data analytics, and CRM systems. • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI) and data management. • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. • Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and reporting.
