• Lead sales planning and forecasting in mentioned regions by proactively strategizing problems, translating data into insights, providing actionable consultation, and following up on actions. • Lead a weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cadence for a region(s) with AVP, sales directors & sales managers, etc. • Lead and facilitate QBR with the sales team. • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Support regional sales leaders for all reporting and analytics needs; including building weekly analytics and ad-hoc reporting. • Operational planning for sales including quota/target assignment, account assignment, and territory creation. • Support sales leaders in key sales meaningful metrics and reporting of Pipeline, Bookings, Revenue, Participation, and Efficiency. • Drive regional adoption of processes, policies, reports, and dashboards defined by Global Sales Operations. • Take ownership of the day-to-day execution of sales-related transactions, offering support to the Sales teams and maintaining the data in salesforce.
• Demonstrable experience with in a similar Field Sales Operations role within Enterprise Software/SaaS company • Experienced with a variety of enterprise & data management tools inc. Salesforce, PBI, SQL, etc. • Excellent knowledge of Excel & PPT • Good Business Insight and ability to translate business needs into a set of workable, specific requirements. • Organized and have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent cross-group partnership skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in English • German language skills desirable
