Description

• Ensure success and satisfaction of valued customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs • Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process • Monitor customer usage and identify any potential issues • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs • Keep customers updated on new features, upgrades, and enhancements • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software or technology industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers • Highly motivated and results-oriented • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
