Description

• Act as a liaison between Technical Support and Product Teams • Manage client account activation implementations • Gather customer feedback to improve processes • Educate clients on features of our software • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries • Review and interpret data from various sources • Provide assistance to high-priority clients via phone and email • Prioritize filing support cases in a fast-paced environment • Manage support case details in Salesforce • Update clients on project status and troubleshoot issues • Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Development • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks • Provide client feedback to product team for software enhancement • Partner with Analyst team for regulatory filings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of work experience. • Major in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics is a plus! • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Superior troubleshooting, resolution, and analysis skills. • Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects. • Previous experience in a high-volume call environment and/or customer support role is a plus! • Experience with Salesforce.com (or other CRM systems), SaaS technology, MS Office, Python, SEQUEL software support is a plus!
