About Commenda • Commenda empowers cross-border companies to incorporate new entities, keep them compliant, and streamline their global tax workflows. • We simplify every aspect of international operations. • Looking for an experienced Corporate Secretary to support Commenda's Singapore Incorporation and Compliance product. • Involves managing the incorporation process for new companies, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. • Oversee the transition of corporate secretary appointments for existing client companies. • Draft and prepare corporate documents, including AGM and EGM minutes, Board Resolutions, and more. • Maintain accurate corporate records, including minutes books and registers. • Cultivate strong relationships with clients in your assigned portfolio. • Handle preparation and submission of invoices for secretarial fees and services. • Coordinate and execute company striking-off processes, ensuring all legal procedures are followed.
Professional qualification from Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA) or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Singapore • Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate law and SGX listing rules • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • High level of integrity and confidentiality • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with corporate secretarial software
