Description

• Support campaigns to drive outcomes, acting as back-end support for all marketing content and branding • Oversee and manage design, branding, and marketing activities for CommentSold • Define project goals, create concepts, and plans to meet goals • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams • Bring innovative thinking and lead creative strategy for marketing campaigns • Update design standards across omni-channel executions • Work with analytics teams to pivot creative direction as needed • Initiate ideas to enhance brand experience and performance metrics • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative development and production; Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, or related creative discipline preferred • 3+ years of experience in management position(s) with budget responsibilities • Experience mentoring, leading, and motivating creative teams • Experienced Project Manager • Ability to develop concepts and deliver creative execution against briefs • Skills in graphic design with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite • Expert in digital design • Understanding of retail print, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategies • Video editing and web development experience preferred • Strong communication and decision-making skills
