• About CommentSold • CommentSold is the North American leader in live selling technology. • In 2022, CommentSold debuted its lightweight video commerce plugin technology, Videeo. • CommentSold, America’s #1 live selling SaaS platform is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist. • You will be joining this team working primarily to oversee, develop and execute email marketing campaigns. • You will report to the Email Marketing Manager, work closely with the broader Marketing team, and partner with Creative, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams. • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute email marketing campaigns. • Partner with internal teams to craft messaging that resonates with the reader from lead entry to customer retention. • Work with Email Marketing Manager to conceptualize marketing campaigns that speak to the pain points of existing and prospective customers. • Collaborate with Email Marketing Manager, Designers, and Stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. • Define and build detailed segmentation for targeted email nurtures and campaigns. • Monitor and report on the utility of each campaign. • Distribute emails through the use of Hubspot or Mailchimp.
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to design campaign journeys, emails and campaigns in Hubspot or Mailchimp. • Know HTML, CSS, SQL and UX best practices for building custom templates such as forms, landing pages, emails. • Knowledge and experience in building audiences and segmentation within the Hubspot or Mailchimp platform. • Experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio. • Understanding how to build a custom preference center. • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be a good team player. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with Google Drive, Spreadsheets and Docs. • Great attention to detail with a track record of executing high-volume email campaigns with a high degree of accuracy.
