Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Account Strategy Manager (ASM) to join our team. • You will have experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for clients, with a focus on Amazon Advertising and Google Advertising. • The Digital Marketing ASM will own the creation, development, and execution of the strategic project plan for a portfolio of accounts, creating digital marketing strategies for Amazon Advertising, Google Advertising and other paid advertising sites as well as developing and managing client relationships. • The ASM will be responsible for developing insights and points of view on performance trends, channel dynamics, and industry updates. • In this role, the Account Strategy Manager will collaborate with Customer Success and analysts to understand client’s goals and develop plans to achieve those goals. • The Account Strategy Manager’s performance will be measured in the following key areas: Financial success, Client Retention, Adoption of new features and initiatives, Soft skills.

Requirements

• Prior expertise working in a technical, client facing role. • Experience in e-commerce with a focus on digital marketing • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with the ability to leverage data to make important decisions. • Experience working in high-pressure situations with demonstrated effectiveness in managing client dispute and risk situations. • Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities. • Proven experience working on a large team and can work collaboratively and individually. • Fluent English required.
