• Rithum is a trusted commerce network delivering seamless e-commerce experiences. • The creative manager leads the creative direction ensuring a consistent brand experience. • Create visually impactful designs for communications, media, and sales materials. • Work with marketing and cross-functional teams to enhance the brand narrative. • Responsibilities include visual content creation, brand asset management, and collaboration with teams. • Maintain brand guidelines and manage a central library of brand assets. • Design visuals for demand campaigns and collaborate for tailored visuals. • Partner with event managers for high-impact materials and with communications for engaging content. • Manage agencies for project scaling and budget adherence. • Stay current on industry trends to keep the brand competitive.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or graphic design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Adobe XD or similar. • Strong grasp of branding, marketing, video, animation, and UX principles. • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and related technologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in a SaaS or e-commerce environment. • Familiarity with Figma and InDesign and web design skills are a plus. • UX/UI skills for landing page creation.
