📋 Description

• Operating in more than 40 countries, Landbot is the most powerful No-Code Chatbot Builder, offering a platform that enables businesses to create seamless chatbot conversations across multiple channels: Web, WhatsApp, and Messenger. • We are on a mission to transform the way businesses engage with customers, and we are looking for a Tech Lead to drive our engineering team, shape our technology vision, and build a high-performing, innovative and collaborative team. • At Landbot, you’ll work alongside engineers, designers, and product managers from diverse backgrounds, all using agile methodologies. • No matter where you're based, we believe in fostering a fun and ambitious work environment while continuously pushing boundaries to innovate and grow. • As our Tech Lead, you will be both a hands-on engineer and a leader, guiding a team of product engineers while actively contributing to development. • You will work closely with the Product Manager and Product Designer to set the technical direction and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions. • Reporting directly to our VP of Engineering, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and maintaining high technical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience working with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and leading architectural decisions across the stack. • Proficiency in Python and Django for backend development, with solid experience in React for frontend applications. • Extensive experience in API integration, building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless system interoperability. • A pragmatic programmer who understands how to balance quality, time to ship, and cost. • Proven ability to improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. • A mentor at heart, passionate about teaching and guiding colleagues at all levels while remaining open to learning. • A holistic approach to quality, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability. • A growth mindset, eager to embrace feedback and tackle challenges as learning opportunities. • Skilled at leading and influencing technical strategies, fostering a culture of innovation. • Passionate about technology and people management, dedicated to developing both. • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and aligning engineering with business goals. • Strong ability to optimize teams and processes to drive efficiency. • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Fluent in English and Spanish. • Authorization to work in Spain.
