Description

• Research and feasibility checks: Assist in the ideation of features and provide inputs based on research or experience. • Planning and estimation: Assist the team in planning and estimating features. • Software development: Understand technical specifications, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Applications. • Continuous improvement: Play an active role in team retrospective events, flag problems, and offer solutions. • Automation: Leverage Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows to automate business processes. • Quality Assurance: Perform testing, quality assurance, and debugging. • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all customizations and configurations. • User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce Service Cloud.

Requirements

• Hands-on work experience with Salesforce and customization. • Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components. • Open to working remotely with international teams. • Exceptional communication skills. • Resourceful and proactive problem-solver. • Organized and structured. • Built scalable digital platforms deployed to production environments. • Deep understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming, and Administration. • Experience with Salesforce APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, LWC, Javascript, SOAP, REST. • Experience in continuous development practices leveraging BitBucket, Code Reviews, and Package based Deployments.
